Every program at FLUKEFORGE is built around your specific goal. Below are the three main program types available. When you sign up for coaching, your program will be customized to fit your goals, schedule, and experience level.
Fat Loss Program
The fat loss program is built around a calorie deficit that is sustainable and does not leave you feeling like you are starving. A lot of people make the mistake of cutting too hard and losing muscle along with fat. This program tracks your calories and macros accurately to make sure you are losing fat while keeping as much muscle as possible.
What is included:
- Custom calorie and macro targets
- Tailor made workout split focused on resistance training
- Cardio recommendations based on your schedule
- Weekly check-ins to adjust the plan
Muscle Building Program
The muscle building program uses progressive overload to push your muscles to grow. This means each week you are either adding weight, or adding reps while keeping great form. The nutrition side of this program focuses on eating enough protein and calories to support muscle growth without gaining a lot of unnecessary fat.
What is included:
- Custom protein and calorie targets for muscle growth
- 2-6 day split depending on your schedule
- Exercise selection based on your equipment access
- Weekly check-ins and progression tracking
Bulk and Weight Gain Program
The bulk program is for people who struggle to gain weight and want to add size and strength. This is a controlled calorie surplus meaning you are eating more than you burn, but not so much that you are gaining a lot of fat. The training focuses on heavy compound movements like squats, deadlifts, bench press, and other variations to build a strong base.
What is included:
- Calorie surplus targets based on your metabolism
- Heavy compound focused training program
- Meal timing and food suggestions to hit your targets
- Weekly check-ins and plan adjustments
