My Story
I was not always into fitness. For a long time I was overweight and unhappy with how I looked and felt. I tried a lot of things that did not work, mostly because the information I was following online was either too general, or just flat out wrong. I wasted a lot of time and effort going in the wrong direction.
Over time, I decided to stop following random advice and start actually learning through trial and error. I began tracking everything. Every calorie, gram of protein, and every set and rep in the gym. Over time I lost 60 pounds and completely changed my body and my relationship with food and training.
That process taught me more than any article or YouTube video ever could. I learned how the body actually responds to diet changes, how to train for specific goals, and how much of what people post online is false.
Why I Started FLUKEFORGE
After going through that journey I started getting questions from people around me who wanted to make changes but did not know where to start. I helped a few people and saw that having a plan that was actually built for them made a huge difference compared to the generic methods they had been trying.
That is what FLUKEFORGE is built on. The idea that a plan made for your body, your goals, and your schedule will always beat an off the shelf program from a website or social media. You do not need to spend all that time figuring it out the hard way like I did.
